June 6, 1992 Petrotech Southeast, Inc. (“Petrotech”) was founded by Tony Yates and was originally based in Pompano, FL, operating an industrial wastewater and used oil recycling facility. Mr. Yates was a proud family man and hired his son Jeffrey Yates as the first employee and Plant Manager for the Pompano facility.
